HI, I'M DARLA CLARK, OWNER OF LABRADOODLE ANGELS. I am located in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon about 20 miles south of Portland.
Labradoodle Angels came about accidentally. Like others have discovered, it begins very innocently with the first doodle pet. "Wow! What a great little dog! They're like Angels!" (That's how my name came about.) You say to yourself, "I want a buddy for this little girl she is so sweet, I want her to have a play pal!" Well… before you know it you have four little play pals and a love for these fantastic dogs that has just ballooned into the breeding, etc. The ultimate ideal is for my angels and I to experience retirement years together seeing what beautiful puppies we can provide for you and me. (Click on Breeding Dogs.) Eventually, I want to enter into a service dog training program to provide some happiness where it's needed in local communities.
I have chosen not to be a big breeder. Quantity isn't as important as quality, healthy puppies. Puppies that can live in harmony with any family. I am breeding miniature and smaller medium sized Labradoodles only. These doodles live in my home daily, with a second little house along side a large field area behind my home we use for play, exercising, and training. Special care is given to assure a quality diet and excellent health care. These little guys are "my family" and are treated as such. I am partial to red and parti color doodles and am fortunate enough to have miniature chocolate/white, black/white, red, and apricot girls with a chocolate/white male. Doodles are trainable, loveable, cute, pretty, sweet, loyal, smart, healthy, and give their all to their owners. I love this quote from Robert Louis Stevenson:
"You think dogs will not be in heaven? I tell you, they will be there long before any of us."
