I (WE) understand and agree that all deposits sent to reserve a Labradoodle puppy from Darla Clark, Labradoodle Angels, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should Purchaser(s) puppy choice not be whelped or there are insufficient puppies whelped in the litter, your deposit will be rolled over to the next available litter. If no matches seem possible within the next 12 months following the unsuccessful puppy placement, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
This signed form and your pet/breeder deposit must be completed and returned within seven (7) days of your application acceptance to hold a puppy. If signed Deposit Agreement and Deposit are not received in this 7 day period, the puppy will be held for the next available applicant.
Pet deposits are $250.00. Breeder deposits are $500.00 All funds are US Funds and are applied towards the purchase price of the puppy. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Personal Checks, and Pay Pal are accepted. Please make checks payable to:
