This agreement is between Labradoodle Angels (Breeder) and
Labradoodle Angels Puppy which is described as:
Shipping Expenses (if required) are not included in the price and must be paid prior to shipment. Full Payment of puppy must be made and cleared for release of funds to Breeder prior to shipment or pick-up by Purchaser.
If for any reason you are unable to care for this Labradoodle and have been unable to place the dog in a welcoming home, it must be returned to Labradoodle Angels for re-homing into a loving family. Under no circumstances will the Labradoodle be placed in a humane society or destroyed. There will be no refunds given for the return of the dog for
re-homing.
GENERAL HEALTH GUARANTEE
Labradoodle Angels guarantees every puppy received by it’s new owner will be socialized and healthy having had the necessary inoculations and wormings appropriate to each dog for the age purchased. The puppy will have a Veterinary Health Certificate when shipped, be de-sexed, and micro-chipped.
Labradoodle Angels guarantees Purchaser will have five (5) days from the receipt of puppy to have a veterinarian examine the puppy. If puppy has any life threatening or chronic health problems, Breeder will at her option (1) replace the puppy at the first opportunity available with a puppy of like value providing Purchaser returns the puppy to Breeder (2) refund the full purchase price providing Purchaser returns the puppy to Breeder (3) Purchaser keeps the puppy with Breeder reimbursing up to one-half the purchase price of the puppy for veterinary treatment paid for and receipted by the Purchaser.
Breeder may opt to have Purchaser’s veterinarian provide all reports, x-rays, and testing results to Breeder’s veterinarian for a second opinion prior to actions (1) (2) or (3) being taken. Buyer to pay for any shipping expense connected with the return of original puppy in items (1) and (2). Item (3) will be an option only with the mutual agreement of Purchaser and Breeder.
This guarantee is applicable only to the original owner of the puppy and is not transferable.
GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE
Labradoodle Angels guarantees your puppies for a period of two (2) years from birth for genetic defects. Breeder will at her option (1) replace the puppy at the first opportunity available with a puppy of like value providing Purchaser returns the puppy to Breeder (2) refund the full purchase price providing Purchaser returns the puppy to Breeder (3) Purchaser keeps the puppy with Breeder reimbursing up to one-half the purchase price of the puppy for veterinary treatment paid for and receipted by the Purchaser.

PURCHASER’S OBLIGATIONS
Keep records of all veterinary visits making sure inoculations and maintenance are up-to-date.
Notify Breeder immediately of a serious, negative diagnosis from your veterinarian.
Provide your dog with a healthy diet and regular exercise keeping dog’s weight under control.
Provide professional training for obedience and other behavioral specific issues.
Restrict jumping and repetitive exercises which could damage your puppy while growing.
Provide a safe environment for your puppy.
Keep puppy inside at night.
Remember until all shots are complete, exposure to public places (ground) and other animals may be contagious to your puppy.
These health guarantees apply only to the original purchaser and expires on end dates as specified above.
Purchaser agrees that they understand this Agreement and accept as written. No changes to this Agreement will be made except in writing with the mutual agreement of both parties and executed as such.
